The ActiveCampaign integration syncs your email marketing and CRM data with Convor. When visitors start conversations, their contact information is synced to ActiveCampaign. Operators can see email history, list memberships, and CRM data in context, making support conversations more informed.
Log in to your ActiveCampaign account. Go to Settings, then Developer. On the Developer page, locate the API Key field and click the copy button or copy it manually.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxYour Account URL is found on the same Developer settings page under the API URL field. It follows the format https://youraccount.api-us1.com. The subdomain is your account name and the numeric suffix is your data center region.

Warning
ActiveCampaign API errors often relate to an incorrect Account URL or expired API key. Double-check both values in Settings > Developer before contacting support.
