Update operator availability schedule
Updates an operator's seven-day recurring availability schedule and optional timezone.
PUT
/api/operators/{id}/scheduleUpdates an operator's seven-day recurring availability schedule and optional timezone. Each day can be closed, open all day, or contain one or more HH:mm ranges; a range whose end is earlier than its start continues into the next local day. Admin access is required.

- Requests can access only resources owned by the authenticated organization. The API does not reveal whether an identifier belongs to another organization or site.
- Retry behavior
- Convergent write: Retrying leaves the resource in the same resulting state. If the first request succeeded, a later retry may return conflict or not found because the change has already taken effect.
