Manage your Convor plan, usage, add-ons, payment details, and invoice history from the top-level Billing area.
Billing is a top-level dashboard area, not a Settings tab. Open Billing from the sidebar.
Convor's self-service billing flow uses Lemon Squeezy. Organizations on manual billing may see different controls because payment methods, renewals, and invoices are handled outside Convor.
The Billing area has five navigation sections:
The current plan family is Free, Solo, Team, Scale, and Enterprise. Use Billing → Plan for the live feature and limit comparison instead of relying on a copied plan matrix in documentation.
Use Billing → Plan for plan changes. The dashboard shows the applicable price, billing interval, proration information, and provider checkout or confirmation flow for the selected change.
Do not assume every organization has the same self-service actions. Enterprise or manually billed organizations can have billing handled outside the standard Lemon Squeezy flow.
Open Billing → Invoices & details. Provider-managed subscriptions can open the secure billing portal for payment-method changes. Organization billing details are shown in the same section where supported.
Invoice history is under Billing → Invoices & details.
Provider-backed invoices can expose their available invoice action from the history list. Manually billed organizations receive invoices outside Convor and the dashboard indicates that state instead of pretending an in-app invoice is available.
