The Google Analytics 4 integration lets Convor send chat interaction events directly to your GA4 property via the Measurement Protocol API. Track conversations, message volume, AI handoffs, and more without any client-side tagging changes.
Info
The Measurement Protocol API Secret is different from your Google API key. Create it in GA4 Admin → Data Streams → select your stream → Measurement Protocol → Create. Do NOT share this secret publicly.
Tip
Events appear in your GA4 property within 24 hours under Events → DebugView (real-time). Standard reports update within 24-48 hours.
