Monday.com Integration
Authorize Monday.com, choose a default board, and create work items from Convor conversations.
Connect Monday.com to Convor so operators can create board items from support conversations.
No API token required
Convor owns the Monday.com OAuth application. Customers authorize their account and select a board; they do not paste a personal API token.
Prerequisites
- A Monday.com account with access to the target board
- Permission to create items on that board
- Administrator access to Convor
Connect Monday.com
- Open Integrations → Monday in Convor.
- Click Connect Monday.com.
- Sign in and approve the requested access.
- Return to Convor and choose the default board.
- Save and run Test connection.

Troubleshooting
- Board not listed: confirm the connected account can open it, then reconnect.
- Item creation fails: verify write access to the selected board.
- Board was deleted or archived: choose another board and save the integration.
- Authorization expired: reconnect Monday.com.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect. Convor removes the authorization and board selection. Existing Monday.com items remain unchanged.
