Trello Integration
Authorize Trello, choose a default board and list, and create and manage cards from Convor.
Connect Trello to Convor so operators can create and manage cards from support conversations.
No API key or token required
Convor owns the Trello application. Customers approve access and select their board and list; they do not paste Trello credentials.
Prerequisites
- A Trello account with access to the target board
- At least one open list on that board
- Permission to create and update cards
- Administrator access to Convor
Connect Trello
- Open Integrations → Trello in Convor.
- Click Connect Trello and approve the requested access.
- Return to Convor and select the default board.
- Select the default list for new cards.
- Save and run Test connection.

Troubleshooting
- Board not listed: confirm the connected Trello member can open it, then reconnect.
- No lists available: create or reopen a list on the board.
- Card creation fails: verify that the selected list is open and the member has write access.
- Authorization expired: reconnect Trello from the integration page.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect. Convor removes the authorization and defaults. Existing cards remain in Trello.
