Create focused articles, keep their status clear, and improve answers with real customer questions.
Open Knowledge base from the main navigation. A useful knowledge base is not a dump of internal notes: each article should answer one question in language a visitor can understand.
Use categories such as Getting started, Billing, and API. Keep titles task-oriented, for example “Install the Convor widget on your website”. The list view shows the article status, so you can tell what is ready to publish.

Choose New Article, write a direct title, add the answer, select a category, and add a few searchable tags. Use short headings and numbered steps. Save as a draft when the team still needs to verify the details.

Open an article from the list to edit it. Re-read the answer as if you were a first-time visitor, check every link, then change the status to Published. Review high-traffic articles after a product or pricing change.

One article should have one clear outcome. If the answer needs both a setup procedure and a troubleshooting tree, split it and link the two articles.
