Authorize Convor to access Asana, choose the default workspace and project, and manage support tasks from the inbox.
Connect Asana to Convor so operators can create and manage tasks without leaving the support inbox.
No developer setup required
Convor owns and maintains the Asana OAuth application. You do not need to create an app or paste a personal access token.
Convor stores the OAuth tokens encrypted and keeps them out of the dashboard. The integration page shows only account metadata and the resources you selected.
| Feature | Description | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace and project selection | Choose where new support tasks are created | Supported |
| Default section and assignee | Route new tasks to the appropriate team location | Supported |
| Task creation | Create tasks with conversation notes and an optional due date | Supported |
| Task management | List, update, complete, reopen, comment on, tag, and delete tasks | Supported |
| Connection validation | Verify access without exposing credentials | Supported |
Reconnect Asana and confirm that the authorizing account can access the resource. Private projects are shown only when that account is a member.
Confirm that the selected project still exists and that the connected account has permission to create tasks. Also verify that the selected section and assignee still belong to the chosen workspace or project.
Open the integration and reconnect Asana. Existing Convor conversation history is not removed.
Click Disconnect. Convor removes the stored Asana authorization and defaults. Existing tasks in Asana are not deleted.
