Chatbot Rules
Prepared chatbot replies are now part of the Rules editor.
Prepared chatbot replies now live alongside tagging, priority and handoff actions in Rules. The old reply-only workflow has been replaced by one editor.
Turn on Send a reply to choose a text message, up to 5 quick replies or up to 8 information-collection fields. Use language tabs to publish the right wording for each visitor. Conditions, channel scope, timing and the built-in tester are configured on the same page.
You can leave replies off and only tag or route a conversation. In that case, AI may still search Knowledge. A rule that sends its own reply or hands off the conversation stops additional automatic replies to that message.
For setup examples and priority conflicts, see Rules.
