Stripe Integration

Connect Stripe to Convor so operators can view recent payment context and react to selected billing events.

Prerequisites

• A Stripe Standard account
• Permission to connect third-party platforms
• Administrator access to Convor

Connect Stripe

1. Open Integrations → Stripe in Convor.
2. Click Connect Stripe.
3. Sign in to Stripe and authorize the Convor platform.
4. Return to Convor and select the events you want to process.
5. Save and run Test connection.

Supported events

• Payment intent succeeded or failed
• Invoice paid or payment failed
• Subscription updated
• Charge refunded

Stripe sends these events to Convor's platform webhook. Convor verifies one platform signing secret and routes each connected-account event to the correct organization using the Stripe account ID.

Troubleshooting

• Authorization is unavailable: confirm that the Stripe account can connect to external platforms.
• Events are missing: verify that the event is enabled in Convor and belongs to the connected account.
• Recent payments cannot load: reconnect Stripe if access was revoked.
• Wrong account: disconnect and authorize the intended Stripe account.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect. Convor removes the connected-account authorization and event preferences. Stripe customers, charges, and subscriptions remain unchanged.
