Shopify Integration

Connect Shopify to Convor so store events and customer context can be used during support conversations.

Prerequisites

• Shopify store administrator access
• Permission to install apps
• The store's .myshopify.com domain
• Administrator access to Convor

Connect Shopify

1. Open Integrations → Shopify in Convor.
2. Enter the store domain, for example example.myshopify.com.
3. Click Connect Shopify.
4. Approve the Convor app installation in Shopify.
5. Return to Convor and select the events you want to process.
6. Save and run Test connection.

Supported events

• Order created and updated
• Customer created and updated
• Cart created
• Checkout created

Webhook subscriptions are configured once on the Convor Shopify app and delivered to Convor's platform endpoint. Your event choices determine which delivered topics Convor processes for your organization. The app signing secret is never customer-visible.

Troubleshooting

• Invalid store domain: use the permanent .myshopify.com domain, not a custom storefront domain.
• Installation denied: use a Shopify account permitted to install apps.
• Events stopped arriving: reconnect the store if the app was removed or its access changed.
• Wrong events: update the selected topics in Convor and save.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect. Convor revokes the store installation and removes the organization mapping and event preferences. Existing Convor conversations and Shopify orders remain unchanged.
