Allegro integration

Planned Allegro integration: one inbox for buyer conversations, manual replies, acknowledgements and optional AI.

Production account connections and checkout are not enabled yet. Convor's production Allegro application and billing products still need to be set up and verified. This guide describes how the integration will work once setup and live testing are complete.

You will be able to connect your Allegro seller accounts to Convor and handle their conversations alongside your other channels. Message Center threads, purchase problems, Discussions and complaints keep their account and issue details in the inbox.

Before connecting

The separate Allegro module costs €9/month for 3 seller accounts across the organization, plus €3/month per additional account. Annual billing costs €86.40 for 3 accounts and €28.80 per extra account. Prices are net. It is available on every Convor plan, including Free. Conversations, AI, tool actions, translations, attachments, history and automation rules use your organization's existing limits.

Convor will provide the Allegro application. Once account connections are enabled, you authorize access on Allegro; you do not create an application or paste tokens into Convor. If the dashboard says setup is pending, the Convor application has not been enabled for that environment yet. Sandbox and production accounts use separate applications.

Choose the number of account places in Billing → Add-ons. All your sites share that limit. Connected accounts and accounts with an authorization error occupy a place; disconnecting an account frees it. Extra places become available after payment confirmation. Reductions take effect at renewal and disconnect the most recently added excess accounts. Convor keeps their conversations and rules.

Connect a seller account

  1. Select the project that should own the seller account.
  2. Open Integrations → Allegro and choose Connect seller account.
  3. Sign in to the correct Allegro seller account, approve access and return to Convor.
  4. Check the account identity and synchronization status. A newly connected production shop receives one enabled acknowledgement rule. You can edit its text or turn it off in the Rules tab.
  5. Repeat for other seller accounts. An account can belong to only one Convor project and organization at a time.

Existing conversations import within your history limit. Importing history does not trigger automatic replies or consume new-conversation allowance. The first new buyer message uses the same monthly conversation allowance as your other channels.

Manage replies and routing

Allegro uses Rules, just like your other channels. The shop’s Rules tab shows the shared rules that apply to that account. There is no separate reply mode.

The predefined autoresponder acknowledges eligible new buyer messages without AI or multiple-language setup. When no content language has been configured, its Default variant contains Polish text. You can change the text, add published language variants, set working hours or a vacation date range, or disable the rule. Missing language variants use the site default; Convor does not translate saved replies automatically.

Other shared rules can add tags, set priority or assign an operator based on the conversation type. Existing manual assignments and knowledge-base handoffs are preserved. Replies from matching rules take precedence over AI. Operators can always reply from the shared inbox; the existing knowledge-base assistant can answer ordinary Message Center questions when enabled and permitted by the usual AI safeguards.

For purchase problems, Discussions and complaints, Convor sends only template acknowledgements automatically. Purchase problems, Discussions and complaints require an operator for substantive replies. Convor does not automate refunds or formal complaint decisions.

Create and edit rules on their own pages. Use Test rules to try a buyer message and time without sending a message or consuming AI credits. The shared cooldown and traffic safeguards govern automatic replies.

Find the receiving account and continue in Allegro

Conversation rows identify the seller. Filter by account, including in saved searches, to focus on one shop. Replies automatically use the account that received the message.

The Allegro sidebar opens the actual Message Center thread, Discussion or complaint. The order ID is copyable, and the order link opens the seller’s order list. Related offers can open directly. Linked order details are shown to operators, including products, quantities, payment and delivery status; they are not supplied to AI. Allegro buyer contact fields are discarded. Verified buyer names and avatars appear when available; otherwise the buyer’s Allegro login remains visible. Sign in to the receiving seller in Allegro before using those links; Convor’s authorization does not change your browser login.

Your existing notes, tags, assignments, priorities, saved replies, notifications and SLA settings apply. Configured Slack/Discord channels can receive standard alerts with a Convor conversation link; replies are handled in Convor or Allegro.

Email and attachments

Allegro can include email messages in a conversation. Customer and seller emails remain visible but never trigger automatic replies or enter AI context. Seller emails also do not cancel a pending buyer reply. These emails are excluded from Convor’s AI translation requests. Convor never sends its emails to Allegro customer addresses. Quoted seller text is removed from buyer text before AI; ambiguous HTML and unknown authorship require human attention.

PDF and supported image attachments are stored privately and count toward your storage limit. Message Center accepts files up to 5 MiB; legacy issues accept up to 2 MiB. Unsafe or expired provider attachments are unavailable. Plain-text replies follow Allegro's limit: 2,000 characters for Message Center and 20,000 for legacy issues.

Check account health

The account page shows the last sync, import progress, pending messages and sends requiring delivery verification. If a delivery result is uncertain, inspect the conversation in Allegro before sending again. Resynchronization can match a unique confirmed reply to the original Convor message. Convor never blindly repeats an uncertain send.

If authorization expires, reconnect the same seller account. Authorizing a different seller during reconnect is rejected without changing the saved connection. Moving to Free keeps your paid Allegro module active under Free’s limits. If the Allegro module ends, synchronization and sending stop; retained history stays available under your normal history policy. Disconnecting clears grants and pending import data while retaining eligible conversation history.
