Klaviyo Integration
Authorize Klaviyo, select a list, and synchronize visitor profiles from Convor.
Connect Klaviyo to Convor so operators can create or update visitor profiles in a selected list.
No private API key required
Convor owns the Klaviyo OAuth application. Customers authorize their account and select a list; they do not create or paste a private API key.
Prerequisites
- A Klaviyo account with access to the target list
- Permission to manage profiles and list memberships
- Administrator access to Convor
Connect Klaviyo
- Open Integrations → Klaviyo in Convor.
- Click Connect Klaviyo and approve access.
- Return to Convor and select the target list.
- Save and run Test connection.

Troubleshooting
- List not listed: confirm that the connected account can access it, then reconnect.
- Profile sync fails: verify the email address and the account's profile permissions.
- Wrong list: select another list and save the integration.
- Authorization expired: reconnect Klaviyo.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect. Convor removes the authorization and list selection. Existing Klaviyo profiles remain unchanged.
