Notion Integration

Authorize a Notion workspace, select a data source or database target, and create pages from Convor conversations.

Connect Notion to Convor so operators can create pages from support conversations.

No integration secret required

Convor owns the Notion OAuth integration. Customers authorize the workspace and choose a target; they do not create an integration or paste an access token.

Prerequisites

  • Permission to authorize connections in the Notion workspace
  • Access to the target data source or database
  • Its data source ID or legacy database ID
  • Administrator access to Convor

Connect Notion

  1. Open Integrations → Notion in Convor.
  2. Click Connect Notion.
  3. In Notion, select the workspace and pages Convor may access.
  4. Return to Convor and enter either the preferred data source ID or a legacy database ID.
  5. Save the target and run Test connection.

To obtain an ID, open the target as a full page and copy the long identifier from its URL. The target must be included in the pages shared during authorization.

Troubleshooting

  • Target returns 404: reconnect Notion and include the page containing the target.
  • Wrong target type: place a data source ID and a legacy database ID in their matching fields.
  • Page creation fails: confirm the target has a title property and the connected account may add pages.
  • Authorization expired: reconnect Notion from the integration page.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect. Convor removes the OAuth authorization and target settings. Existing Notion pages are not removed.
