Version 2.0 - Effective: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Convor, a business live-chat, support, automation, and AI SaaS service provided electronically by TopSoft4U Łukasz Kolasa, Augusta Fieldorfa 21/35, 21-500 Biała Podlaska, Poland, REGON 385744400, Tax ID / NIP PL5372652411 ("TopSoft4U", "Convor", "we", "us").
Convor is offered primarily to businesses, professional users, and organizations. If mandatory consumer or entrepreneur-consumer rules apply to you, these Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived by contract.
By creating an account, accepting an order, using a paid plan, embedding the widget, or using the dashboard, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organization you represent and you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
"Customer" means the business, organization, or professional user that creates or controls a Convor workspace.
"Users" or "operators" means people invited by a Customer to use the Convor dashboard, inbox, admin settings, mobile app, API, or related tools.
"Visitors" means people who interact with a Convor widget, chat, chatbot, form, or similar customer-facing experience on a Customer website or channel.
"Customer Content" means messages, files, visitor records, configuration, prompts, knowledge-base material, integration payloads, and other data submitted to Convor by or for the Customer.
"Service" means Convor's website, dashboard, widget, APIs, mobile operator app, CMS-backed resources, documentation, integrations, AI features, and related electronic services.
Convor is provided as an electronic service. To use it, you need internet access, a modern supported browser, JavaScript enabled, and the ability to receive transactional emails. Some functions may also require cookies, localStorage, push-notification support, API credentials, DNS configuration, or a compatible customer website where the widget can be embedded.
The widget is loaded through a script and isolated UI. Customers are responsible for placing the script correctly, testing it on their own website, and ensuring their website, consent banner, CSP, tag manager, cache, and integrations do not break the widget or make its use unlawful.
We may update technical requirements when the Service changes, including to improve security, performance, compatibility, or compliance.
Customers are responsible for their own websites, visitor notices, privacy policies, cookie banners, legal bases for processing, support workflows, operator conduct, Customer Content, and all decisions made through Convor.
If you use the widget, API, integrations, AI features, imports, uploads, or visitor tracking, you must ensure that your use complies with laws that apply to your business, including privacy, employment, consumer, marketing, telecommunications, platform, and sector-specific laws.
You must not ask us to process data that you are not allowed to provide to Convor. You must also avoid putting unnecessary sensitive data into chats, prompts, files, notes, tags, or integrations unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
You may use Convor only for lawful business support, communication, automation, and related operational purposes. You must not:
We may investigate suspected abuse and may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or protect users, visitors, customers, or third parties.
Customers retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant TopSoft4U a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, transform, and otherwise use Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the Service and to comply with law.
We do not monitor every conversation proactively. We may review Customer Content when needed for support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or at the Customer's request.
If you believe content or account activity connected with Convor is unlawful or violates these Terms, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to review it. Where laws on intermediary services or content notices apply, including the Digital Services Act where relevant, we will handle notices and restrictions in good faith and in line with mandatory requirements.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data for our own purposes and when acting as a processor for Customer-controlled visitor data.
For visitor conversations and other data where the Customer determines purposes and means, the Customer is normally the controller and TopSoft4U acts as processor. Customers must have a lawful basis, provide required notices, honor data-subject requests, and configure retention, exports, deletion, AI, and integrations responsibly.
If GDPR or similar law requires a data processing agreement, our DPA or another written data processing arrangement must apply before Customer-controlled personal data is processed through the Service.
Convor may provide AI-assisted replies, summaries, suggestions, categorization, sentiment analysis, translations, chatbot flows, and bring-your-own-key provider settings. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific case. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for deciding whether AI is appropriate for their visitors, sector, and data.
We do not promise that AI output is legal, professional, medical, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Do not use AI features as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people.
Third-party integrations and customer-configured AI providers are controlled by their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, pricing, and availability. The Customer is responsible for choosing and configuring them lawfully.
Plan limits, included usage, trial length, billing period, and prices are shown on the pricing page, dashboard, checkout, order form, or a separate written agreement. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance unless the order says otherwise.
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize recurring charges for the selected subscription, add-ons, usage, and taxes until cancellation takes effect.
Prices may exclude VAT, sales tax, withholding tax, or other public charges unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, correct billing details, reverse-charge information, and any withholding obligations that apply to your purchase.
If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request updated payment details, suspend paid features, downgrade the workspace, or terminate access after reasonable notice where practical.
You can cancel or downgrade according to the controls available in the dashboard, checkout portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period unless mandatory law or a written order says otherwise.
Subscription fees, add-ons, and usage charges are non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is required by mandatory law or expressly approved by TopSoft4U in writing at its discretion.
Downgrades may reduce limits, features, history, retention, integrations, AI access, exports, or support level. You are responsible for exporting data before a downgrade or cancellation if you need it.
TopSoft4U and its licensors own Convor, including software, source code, compiled code, design, documentation, databases, trademarks, logos, website content, and all related intellectual-property rights. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Customer Content remains the Customer's property or the property of its licensors. Feedback, suggestions, or feature requests may be used by us without obligation to you, provided we do not disclose your confidential information or personal data contrary to law or contract.
You may not remove proprietary notices, misuse the Convor brand, or register confusingly similar marks, domains, repositories, packages, or accounts.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service. Customers must use the available security features appropriately, including strong passwords, role-based access, SSO where appropriate, least-privilege permissions, secure API-key handling, and prompt removal of users who should no longer have access.
Each party must protect non-public information received from the other party and use it only for purposes connected with the Service. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, already known without duty of confidence, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.
We aim to keep Convor reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or a specific uptime level unless a separate written SLA applies.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve the Service, maintain security, comply with law, manage third-party dependencies, or reflect product development. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paid Customers.
Preview, experimental, beta, or early-access features may be changed or withdrawn more quickly and may be subject to extra limits or disclaimers.
You may stop using Convor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, exceed limits in a disruptive way, or if continued service provision would be unlawful or materially harmful.
Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. We may act immediately where needed to protect the Service, customers, visitors, third parties, or legal compliance.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data may remain available for export or deletion for a limited period depending on plan, configuration, law, backup cycles, and technical constraints.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intentional misconduct where such exclusion is not allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSoft4U is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, loss of business opportunity, business interruption, loss of data caused by Customer configuration or third-party systems, or damages caused by Customer Content, integrations, AI-provider choices, or unlawful customer use.
For B2B Customers, TopSoft4U's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If the Customer used only a free plan, liability is limited to PLN 500 to the extent permitted by law.
Complaints about the Service may be sent to [email protected] or [email protected]. A complaint should include the Customer's name, workspace or account email, description of the issue, relevant dates, and the result requested.
We will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable time, normally within 14 days, unless the matter is complex or law requires a different period.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. For B2B Customers, disputes are submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the registered address of TopSoft4U, unless mandatory law requires another venue.
Before filing a claim, the parties should try to resolve the dispute in good faith. This does not limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief, payment recovery, or mandatory legal remedies.
We may update these Terms when the Service, pricing, legal requirements, risk profile, or business model changes. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, such as email, dashboard notice, checkout notice, or website notice. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the currently published Terms.
