Authorize Jira Cloud, choose the default project and issue type, and create issues from Convor conversations.

Connect Jira Cloud to Convor so operators can turn support conversations into Jira issues.

OAuth-only customer setup

Convor owns the Atlassian OAuth application. You do not need to create an Atlassian app, provide an API token, or configure a callback URL.

Project not listed: confirm the connected account can browse it, then reconnect Jira.
Issue type missing: select the project first; available issue types depend on the project.
401 or 403 response: reconnect Jira or ask a Jira administrator to grant the required project permissions.
Site changed: disconnect and authorize the correct Jira Cloud site.

Click Disconnect. Convor removes the Jira authorization and defaults. Existing Jira issues remain unchanged.
