Calendly Integration
Authorize Calendly, choose an event type, and share the corresponding scheduling link from Convor.
Connect Calendly to Convor so operators can share the correct booking link during a conversation.
No personal access token required
Convor owns the Calendly OAuth application. Customers authorize their Calendly account and do not paste API credentials.
Prerequisites
- A Calendly account with at least one active event type
- Permission to authorize third-party applications
- Administrator access to Convor
Connect Calendly
- Open Integrations → Calendly in Convor.
- Click Connect Calendly.
- Sign in to Calendly and approve access.
- Return to Convor and select the event type operators should use by default.
- Save the selection and run Test connection.
Convor shows the scheduling URL returned by Calendly. Operators can use it when a visitor needs to book a call or meeting.

Troubleshooting
- No event types: confirm that the Calendly account has an active event type.
- Wrong booking page: select another event type and save the integration.
- Authorization failed: allow Calendly pop-ups and cookies, then connect again.
- Access expired or revoked: reconnect Calendly from the integration page.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect. Convor removes the Calendly authorization and selected event type. Calendly events and bookings are not deleted.
