Review the notification center, enable browser push, choose delivery events, and control dashboard sound.
Notifications have two parts: the Notifications page shows delivered events, while Settings → Notifications controls which email, push, and sound alerts you receive.
Open Notifications to see recent events in newest-first order. Unread entries are highlighted. Selecting an item marks it as read and opens the linked conversation or dashboard area when the event has a destination. Use Mark all as read only after reviewing anything that still needs action.

Open Settings → Notifications. The Push notifications card shows whether the current browser is subscribed. Select Enable and accept the browser permission prompt on devices that should receive alerts. After subscription, use the test action before relying on push for live conversations.

The Notification types table has separate email and push switches for each event. Keep New conversations and Assigned to me enabled for people covering the inbox, then disable events that do not lead to an action. Changes are saved when you use a switch; there is no separate save button.

The Sound switch controls the notification sound used by this browser. It is stored locally, so configure it on each browser profile used by an operator. Turning sound off does not disable email or push delivery.

If an alert does not lead to an action, turn it off and use the inbox queue or a saved search instead. Keep at least one reliable channel for urgent assignment and conversation events.
