ClickUp Integration

Connect ClickUp to Convor so operators can create and manage tasks from support conversations.

Prerequisites

• A ClickUp account with access to the target list
• Permission to create and update tasks
• The numeric ClickUp List ID
• Administrator access to Convor

Connect ClickUp

1. Open Integrations → ClickUp in Convor.
2. Click Connect ClickUp and approve access.
3. Paste the List ID. It is the numeric value after /li/ in the list URL.
4. Click the refresh button to load the list name and available statuses.
5. Choose the default status for new tasks and save.
6. Run Test connection.

Supported features

Troubleshooting

• List not found: verify the numeric List ID and the connected account's access.
• Status missing: reload the list and select an exact status returned by ClickUp.
• Permission denied: confirm the connected user can edit tasks in the list.
• Authorization expired: reconnect ClickUp from the integration page.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect. Convor removes its authorization and defaults; existing ClickUp tasks remain unchanged.
