Store focused conversation filters so recurring queues are one click away.
Saved searches turn a filter combination into a reusable inbox view. Use them for queues that the team opens repeatedly, not for one-off investigations.
Open Saved Searches to see each view and its active filters. Selecting a saved search opens Conversations with those filters applied. Keep names practical, such as “Urgent billing” or “Unassigned from email”.

Choose New Saved Search. Add a name, then combine only the filters needed for the queue: text, status, priority, operator, channel, sort order, date range, or tags. Leaving a field empty means that field does not restrict the results.

Before saving, read the form from top to bottom and confirm that the filters describe one clear group. The example below finds urgent, open conversations that mention invoices.

Edit a saved search when the queue definition changes. Delete views that nobody uses so operators do not have to guess which one is current.
