Reopens a closed conversation in the current organization. The request body is optional, so a bare `POST` works here too. When a reason is provided, it is stored in conversation metadata as `reopenReason`. The endpoint returns a conflict if the conversation is not currently closed. Search conversations by message content
Searches conversation messages with PostgreSQL full-text search and falls back to a case-insensitive content match when no full-text results are found. Results are ranked by relevance, include matching snippets, and are paginated with a capped search window to avoid very deep offset scans. Authenticate with an organization API key sent in `X-API-Key` or as a Bearer token and carrying the exact `conversations:read` scope. API-key access also requires the Automation & API module (`automation_api`). Authorized dashboard sessions remain supported where the route already permits them. The request is isolated to the authenticated organization. Resource and site/project identifiers must belong to that organization; out-of-scope identifiers are not disclosed. Search offsets are capped to protect the ranked query; refine the search phrase when the requested offset exceeds the documented search window. Retry behavior: This read-only operation is safe to retry.
